Assist-2-Sell programs are a great value for the money. We believe that the equity in your home is rightfully yours, and we work with you to help you keep as much of it as possible. Part of what makes our programs work is our progressive approach to effective advertising.

To ensure the greatest possible benefit to our clients, we at Assist-2-Sell® Buyers & Sellers Preferred Realty pursue a two-pronged marketing strategy: Our Direct Marketing works to maximize your savings, while our Internet Marketing works to maximize your home’s market exposure. Not that there’s a strict separation between the two.


Direct Marketing

As much as possible, we market our clients' homes directly to potential buyers. When a buyer wants to work directly with you in buying your home, we see this as a terrific opportunity ... and pass the savings on to you, the Seller - who need pay no additional commission beyond our low graduated flat fee. What a tremendous savings!

Our direct marketing media include:
  • "Just Listed" postcards; studies have shown that most buyers purchase within a few miles of where they live; your present neighbors may welcome the opportunity to pick their own new neighbors by referring their friends and relatives.

  • Our customized "feature sheets", highlighting the features of your home, encourage buyers to contact our office.

  • Open Houses give you the opportunity to interact directly with potential buyers. (Yes, we encourage Buyer and Seller to work together!)

  • And of course our familiar red, blue and yellow “For Sale”, directional and “Open House” signs will be working for you too.



Internet Marketing

According to the National Association of REALTORS® 2005 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, home buyers use the Internet to search for a home more than any other media. The internet has opened the door to unprecedented market exposure, getting more information to more people in more attractive format and at a lower cost than conventional print advertising. We work to take full advantage of this.


Our Direct-to-Buyer Internet Marketing offers the following features:
  • Posting on our local Assist-2-Sell® website, linked to the corporate site and the sites of more than 650 franchise offices across North America (see A2S Corporate); to facilitate buyer access, we generally include our internet address in all our advertising.

  • Our site includes various features to make it attractive and useful to buyers, most notably our featured homes section, together with open house announcements and FSBO listings.

  • Our IDXPro™ search engine (click on “MLS Listings” on the left) allows buyers to create, save and automate their own searches of MLS listings.

  • Visitors are not pestered by unwanted pop-ups, so they are more likely to return to our site again and again to enjoy its benefits without pressure or discomfort.

  • We automatically include all of our listings in Yahoo real estate classifieds and a number of internet search engines.

  • We also post our listings to other real estate web sites (e.g. Craig’s List) at no charge to the seller.



If you should choose to add the MLS,

you will be soliciting the help of thousands of area agents, who will join in the search to find a suitable buyer for your home. Having your home listed on the MLS generally results in more frequent showings and a more rapid sale.



When you choose our "MLS for Less" program, you will enjoy the following additional benefits:
  • Your home will automatically be posted on Realtor.com®, the most visited real estate web site on the internet, with some 6.6 million visitors a month.

  • Assist-2-Sell Buyers & Sellers Preferred Realty has contracted for enhanced presence on Realtor.com®, with showcasing of all our MLS listings. As a result, your home will be displayed with multiple photos, and customizable title, banner and property description, so that it will more readily attract the attention of potential buyers.

  • As a further benefit of this marketing resource, your home will be included in the real estate sections of hugely popular internet sites, including America Online, MSN and Netscape.




Demonstrated Results

Our Assist-2-Sell programs work. They work because we utilize available technology to market your home effectively and efficiently and save you money.
